Not quite. The full name of the 2-hour-programme was "Halbzeit - Intermezzo zwischen zwei Sport-Sonntagen", and it was just a mixture of reviews from last weekend, previews for the next weekend, and current sports events (if available).

I'm not sure what label they used for live matches. Could have been the "Sport aktuell" badge. But in this example from 1983, the listings simply say "Fußball-Europapokal":
